Payments & Safety

  • Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

  • Yes. All orders are placed and paid for online through our secure checkout.

  • Our checkout runs on Shopify Payments. If you have questions about a specific charge or payment method, email us at info@vitalkimonos.com and we'll help.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments lets you split your order into four interest-free payments.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship via DHL and typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance in your country can add time beyond this.

  • Shipping is free on orders over $150 USD. For a small number of destinations where carrier rates are exceptionally high, a $20 surcharge applies and will be shown at checkout.

  • Yes — orders over $150 USD ship free. A $20 surcharge applies to a small number of high-cost destinations, shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority on delivery.

  • Enter your address at checkout and available shipping options will appear. If your country isn't listed, email info@vitalkimonos.com and we'll look into it.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

  • You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Orders shipped into the European Union have a 14-day right of cancellation in addition to this.

  • Approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

  • Once your return is approved we send you a return shipping label. Contact us at info@vitalkimonos.com to start a return — items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.
