MUAE (無碍) means “unobstructed.”
Inspired by the philosophy of Wonhyo, a Korean Buddhist thinker who lived in the 7th century,
MUAE is about moving beyond the boundaries that hold us back.
That spirit belongs to no country or tradition.
It is found in anyone who steps onto the mat — facing pressure, overcoming limits, and continuing forward.
VITAL KIMONOS is the first brand born from that spirit.

Our designs naturally carry things from where we come from — Korean history, ink, symbols, and the visual language we've grown up with.
But jiu-jitsu belongs to no single country.
Our gis are worn by people with different backgrounds, different reasons for training, and different ways of seeing the sport.
That is how we want VITAL to grow.
