• Returns are subject to VITAL’s approval and a 10% restocking fee.
  
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
  
• Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.
  
• Custom-made items are non-returnable.
  
• Customers are responsible for any fees incurred from refused or undeliverable packages.
